Ask a Question
We're always tinkering and experimenting here at the Lab, both with our training and with equipment.
We've had this device in the Lab for a few years, and it's gotten so much use over the years that we decided it would be a worthwhile product to launch and offer to the powerlifting community. This is a vice-based device that allows for a lifter to get their sleeves on (or briefs) much easier than by hand. If you've ever had to put sleeves on your knees or elbows, you'll know that it can be quite painful and exhausting to do so.
With the sleeve puller, you simply grasp the fabric of the sleeve and hang the puller on a bar (or anything else), then push your arm into the sleeve using your bodyweight until it's on just the right amount. It's very easy to do in practice, and can save a lot of time and energy.
Works on both elbow and knee sleeves, as well as briefs and squat/deadlift suits.
