The patented Back Widow was designed and inspired by legendary pro bodybuilder Flex Wheeler to be the most versatile, functional, and highest quality attachment accessory in the iron game.
By itself, the Back Widow replaces almost a dozen different handle attachments or accessories via its innovative adjustment mechanism that allows the user to quickly change into 15 grip variations.
The device can be used as a cable attachment for any vertical or horizontal rowing variation as well as landmine rows, and it even functions as the best damn bar jack you'll ever use.
Change grip length without ever having to remove the bar. Multiple grips for high, mid, and low range cable pulls and T-Bar Rows . Also can be used with cables for biceps and triceps. load those plates with ease by using the bar-jack mode!
The moving parts are all at a 16,000 lbs sheer test, so it can hold the heaviest of weights. Use as bar jack and load your plates on the bar with ease.
The Back Widow collapses for easy gym storage. No more looking around the gym for that one bar. Back Widow is it.
This is my most versatile tool and I use it almost every workout. Great for Landmine exercises, Cable exercises, and a bar jack for deadlifts. It is a completely solid piece of equipment. My only critique is that the knurling is poor. Pretty much zero knurling, just a criss/cross pattern on the handles and a light knurling on the bar portion. Also if you are gonna use it as a bar jack/landmine you should wrap coband around the contact points, because the black coating will rub off quick. Regardless, I love this thing and have found many different uses for it.
I use my Back Widow pretty often, it comes in handy for the various movements advertised, and does the job of Jack of All Trades well.
The 'deadlift jack' function leaves a little to be desired. The powder coating is not what I would consider commercial grade, mine has chipped in several places pretty easily and the 'knurling' is non-existent (not even close to knurling on a bad power bar)
The pins do feel sturdy and have held up well. I would like to see some UHWM on the parts that touch the bar
