We aim to fulfill orders within two business days of when the order is placed (Monday-Friday). Products with a previously detailed lead time on the product page are currently back ordered and will be exempt from this. In this situation we fulfill orders in the order they are received as soon as we receive the product into inventory.

Please note that the shipping service that you select is paying for the class of service the order will be shipped through, and the times noted on those services reflect arrival time after fulfillment and not arrival time from when the order is placed.
International Customers: Kabuki Strength is not responsible for import duties or customs fees incurred when receiving international shipments. Customers can opt to pay customs fees ahead of time with Zonos, at which time Kabuki Strength will incur responsibilities to pay customs and brokerage fees on behalf of the customer (noted at checkout as "includes customs fees"). These fees vary from country to country, and the shipping cost paid reflects what we pay. The shipping cost charged does not include any import duties that will be charged by the customer's country upon arrival unless paid ahead of time with Zonos. This also includes fees for specific services such as the brokerage fee that UPS Standard charges.
Kabuki Strength is not responsible for lost or damaged products when the customer chooses to use a private shipping service.

Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of product receipt
Order cancellations are permitted up to the point of tracking being received by the customer. Once tracking has been sent, the customer is able to return the product at their expense under the above criteria.
All freight orders must be inspected before signing for receipt of order. Any damages must be noted at time of receipt before signing. Once signed for, the customer assumes all responsibility of condition of the order.
All our bars carry a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defect. Warranty against bending does not cover any bar which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage, or handling by the user. Negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping of the bar (i.e., dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a power rack, excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged plates, excessive dropping with iron plates, excessive dropping on concrete or similar surfaces, and similar usage). Any specific issues regarding a Kabuki Strength product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Bare steel bars and products do require regular maintenance to prevent corrosion over time. We cannot warranty against rust that develops after your bar is received.
