We aim to fulfill orders within two business days of when the order is placed (Monday-Friday). Products with a previously detailed lead time on the product page are currently back ordered and will be exempt from this. In this situation we fulfill orders in the order they are received as soon as we receive the product into inventory.
If upon receiving your order you find any issue or damage to the product, please email us at email@example.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Please note that the shipping service that you select is paying for the class of service the order will be shipped through, and the times noted on those services reflect arrival time after fulfillment and not arrival time from when the order is placed.
International Customers: Kabuki Strength is not responsible for import duties or customs fees incurred when receiving international shipments. These fees vary from country to country, and the shipping cost paid reflects what we pay. The shipping cost charged does not include any import duties that will be charged by the customer's country upon arrival. This also includes fees for specific services such as the brokerage fee that UPS Standard charges.
Kabuki Strength is not responsible for lost or damaged products when the customer chooses to use a private shipping service.

We accept returns and exchanges within a 14-day window of when the order is received by the customer as shown by the shipment tracking.
Refunds will be provided in Kabuki Strength store credit only.
Customers will be responsible for their return shipping, unless the product has a manufacturing defect – in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.
International customers will be responsible for shipping both ways for returns or exchanges, unless product has a manufacturing defect – in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.
All returned items are subject to a processing and restocking fee of 15% of the total product cost.
Cancelled orders will be refunded to the original payment amount minus a 15% processing fee, or 100% of the order can be refunded as store credit.
All sales on items sold as cosmetic blemish are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
Please allow up to 10 days for your return or exchange to be processed. This does not include manufacturing time for exchanged products.
We are unable to offer returns on any Pioneer belts as they are custom made on a per-order basis, but we are able to do exchanges for standard sizes.
All seminar sales are final. Attendees who have purchased seminars may choose to transfer their registration to another date (for the same course) if they are unable to attend the original date they registered for.
All our bars carry a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defect. Warranty against bending does not cover any bar which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage, or handling by the user. Negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping of the bar (i.e., dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a power rack, excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged plates, excessive dropping with iron plates, excessive dropping on concrete or similar surfaces, and similar usage). Any specific issues regarding a Kabuki Strength product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
